Strophantine is a cardiac glycoside, similar to digitalis but with a much broader spectrum of action than the latter. g-Strophanthin, also called Ouabain, is extracted from the seeds of the African shrub Strophantus gratus and has been used since the 19th century as a remedy for all kinds of heart diseases. The wide efficacy and applicability of g-strophanthin is partly due to the fact that g-strophanthin is also produced as an endogenous hormone by the adrenal glands, the hypothalamus and the heart muscle itself, as was found in 1991.
Proven effects are: Reduction of norepinephrine production and lowering of lactate levels in the heart muscle, stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system, limitation of the sympathetic nervous system, reduction of catecholamine production in the adrenal glands, relaxation of the arteries, improvement of blood circulation, anti-inflammatory, increase in melatonin production, protection of nerve and kidney cells.In the case of high blood pressure (hypertension), strophanthin has a blood pressure-lowering effect; in the case of low blood pressure (hypotension), it has a blood pressure-increasing effect. Both angina pectoris and heart failure (cardiac insufficiency) are improved.
Taking Strophanthus-G (Gratus): Put the drops into a glass of water and keep it in your mouth for 2-3 minutes! The drops smell slightly nutty and taste sweetly bitter. With max. 1 drop in the morning, and in the evening start and slowly creep in (day by day 1 - drops more). This should be assessed according to the subjective effect, i.e. performance, pulse, blood pressure, breathing, heartbeat.

Hilft mir bei meinen Herzbeschwerden. Der Tropfverschluss ist wirklich praktisch. So lässt sich die gewünschte Menge einfach abmessen.

Ich habe den Strophanthin-Auszug jetzt einige Wochen ausprobiert. Die Anwendung ist unkompliziert und die Dosierung mit dem Troppfverschluss sehr praktisch. Für mich persönlich fühlt es sich gut an. Konnte auch meinen Blutdruck senken. ich werde das Strophanthin mit Alkohol weiterhin verwenden.
